What makes SnugBug yarn different?
I carefully source luxuriously soft, premium jumbo chenille yarn that is perfect for chunky knit blankets, pillows, pet beds, plushies and countless cozy creations. Every colour is selected for its softness, quality and durability so you can create beautiful handmade projects you will LOVE!

What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not offer cash refunds. However, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges on packaged yarn (any chenille yarn), subject to the following strict conditions:

Timeframe: You must contact us for return/exchange approval within 3 business days of receiving your order. We cannot review any requests made after 15 days from the original purchase date.

Shipping Window: Once approved, your return must be shipped back to us within 3 business days.

Condition: Items must be completely unused and in their original packaging. Store credit will only be issued after we receive and inspect the product. Packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer is entirely responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as the extra shipping fees required to send out an exchanged item.
A Note on Dye Lots: If you place separate orders for the same color, we cannot guarantee the shades will match. Please ensure you order enough (or extra) yarn for your project all at once to guarantee you receive the same dye lot.

How much yarn will I need?
Every project is different, so there isn't one exact answer for everyone. The amount of yarn you will need depends on your project size and your knitting tension.
However, I do recommend ordering a little extra rather than not enough! Running out of yarn partway through a project can be frustrating, but leftover yarn can almost always be used to create another cozy project.

SnugBug proudly ships all throughout Canada and the USA. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and reflect exactly what the carriers charge - there are NO shipping markups.
